Throughout the COVID pandemic response, Bodycare has worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, our clinical network partners and our patients/candidates. Responding to change, pivoting our service offering and providing education and support to clients, candidates and the greater community has been our focus and number one priority. In every decision that we have made, we have taken into consideration the health and wellbeing of our team and this is something that we will continue to do moving forward.
With recent changes to restrictions in New Zealand and Victoria, we wanted to reassure our clients that we have implemented all the necessary precautions to continue to offer pre-employment and health assessments. Our clinic networks remain open and will continue to provide our full range of services.
In recent days, there has been information circulating regarding spirometry testing as some providers have chosen to cease offering this form of testing. Bodycare along with our network partners will continue to offer spirometry testing as we have implemented all necessary precautions across our network.
In line with the advice of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science (ANZSRS) and the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ), we have mandated that bacterial/viral inline filtration equipment will be utilised along with PPE at every clinic in our network. This is to ensure the safety of both our candidates and the safety of our team.
Bodycare will continue to work collaboratively with our clinic partners to provide guidance and support to maintain safe working environments and to implement all available measures necessary to ensure safe treating and assessing environments for our clients, candidates and employees.
