Our Managing Director, Dean Mohr, is an experienced physiotherapist with widespread industry knowledge and business expertise. Dean has over a decade of experience as an onsite physiotherapist and has grown the Bodycare business from a single clinic to the multi-national Injury Prevention Provider that it is today. Dean leads our team to ensure our partners are receiving the highest level of service and ROI.
Head of Business Development
Our Head of Business Development, Rod Hampel, takes a strategic and commercial approach to networking, building strong client relationships and growing Bodycare’s footprint in the occupational injury prevention and early intervention space . Rod has over 10 years’ experience working in occupational health and has worked closely with some of Australia’s largest corporate organisations to reduce their risks across the employment continuum.
Chief Operating Officer
Our Chief Operating Officer, Matt Fishman, oversees the growth and management of Bodycare’s national footprint in the occupational health field. Matt plays a pivotal role in working with our key partner’s for the delivery of Bodycare’s services. Matt has a focus on developing, training and managing our team of highly skill onsite physiotherapists and other allied health professionals.
National Operations Manager
Our National Operations Manager, David Carroll, is passionate about working with people to create dynamic, dedicated and high performing teams. Investing in People, Purpose and Processes is the key to David’s success and is how he ensures our onsite Physiotherapists have the skills, training and support needed to provide our clients with a unique, targeted and proactive service.
Head of Consulting Services
Our Head of Consulting Services, Claire Ebstein, has a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy along with a Graduate Diploma in OHS Management and various credentials in the mental health and emotional intelligence space. Claire has a strong Workplace Risk skill set that extends across Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management and Workers’ Compensation and is supported by formal qualifications.
Head of Health Assessments
Our Head of Health Assessments, Carly Dormans, is a management professional with 20 years management experience within the medical and occupational health industry. Carly is a strong operations professional, with a passion for professional development, currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Human Resource & Change Management.
