Since beginning in Workers Compensation over a decade ago, Tennille has dedicated her career to employee health, safety, injury management, and wellbeing. She has held specialised roles in occupational health and safety, workers compensation, RTW/injury management and employee health and wellbeing.

Continuing this valuable work, Tennille leads the team at Preventure on their mission to partner with employers and injury prevention partners to reduce the risk of workplace musculoskeletal injuries using wearable technology.

Andy McColl
Occupational Health and Safety Specialist at Preventure

Andrew has become an industry leader in workplace injury prevention through his innovative and comprehensive approach that utilises both wearable technology and sports science. With a diverse background in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and occupational health and safety, Andrew has broad expertise in preventing injuries.

Throughout his time treating injured workers, Andrew has gained invaluable insights into the unique challenges faced in the workplace and the devastating impact that workplace injuries can have on a worker. Alongside the team at Preventure, he is dedicated to reducing the risk of workplace musculoskeletal injuries and improving outcomes for injured workers.
