Bodycare Workplace Solutions Announces Tangibilis Physiotherapy Acquisition

Bodycare announces acquisition of Tangibilis Health
Bodycare Workplace Solutions, Australia’s leading provider of workplace injury prevention and occupational health services, is proud to announce the acquisition of Tangibilis Physiotherapy, the Northern Territory’s leading provider of proactive occupational health and injury prevention services.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Bodycare’s presence in the Northern Territory and enhances its capability to deliver integrated, locally informed, occupational health and injury management services to businesses across the region.

“We’re thrilled to officially welcome Tangibilis to the Bodycare group,” says Jeremy Kestenberg, CEO of Bodycare Workplace Solutions. “Over the past year, we’ve built a strong and genuine connection with the Tangibilis team – one grounded in shared values, aligned purpose, and a joint commitment to keeping workers healthy, safe, and injury-free. Their reputation for delivering trusted, high-quality care aligns perfectly with our mission. Together, we’re better positioned to deliver responsive, evidence-based services tailored to the unique needs of NT businesses and their people.”

Founded in 2007 by Marcus and Jasmin Mancer, Tangibilis has delivered a blend of onsite, clinic-based, and telehealth services across Darwin and regional Northern Territory. Their deep understanding of local needs, strong cultural capability, and track record of delivering care to clients in remote locations makes them a natural fit for Bodycare’s national operations.

The acquisition complements Bodycare’s existing national network and enables the delivery of truly localised, expert care tailored to the unique needs of Northern Territory businesses and workers.

The partnership brings immediate benefits to clients and communities across the Territory, including:

  • Expanded reach and service delivery across NT and regional hubs
  • Faster local response for injury triage and onsite support
  • Greater capacity to deliver pre-employment medicals, health assessments and functional testing
  • Stronger continuity of care for workers in high-risk and remote environments
  • Enhanced clinical governance through Bodycare’s national systems and reporting tools

“We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built over the past 17 years,” said Marcus Mancer, Founder of Tangibilis Physiotherapy. “Joining forces with Bodycare is an exciting milestone that gives us access to greater resources and national expertise, while staying true to our commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care. We’re still the same team – now backed by a national provider that shares our values and supports a broader vision for workplace health.”

Tangibilis clients will continue to receive locally delivered care – now supported by Bodycare’s national infrastructure, clinical governance, and decades of experience in occupational health and injury prevention.

“We’re excited for this next chapter with the Tangibilis team,” added Kestenberg.  “Together, we’re expanding access to critical injury prevention services in a region where they matter most – supporting remote industries, creating local jobs, and driving better outcomes for the people who power Australia’s essential sectors.”
