Our Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Kestenberg brings over 10 years experience in healthcare strategy, innovation, mergers and acquisitions, and customer experience.  Jeremy has partnered with some of Australia’s largest healthcare organisations, and governments, in implementing innovative healthcare and digital solutions including virtual care and telehealth, patient and clinician engagement, and workforce development. Jeremy is a passionate leader who loves working with people that seek to improve healthcare through scalable world class services and technology.

Our Chief Financial Officer, Joel Queit, brings a disciplined and analytical approach to the Finance Function and together with his strong technical abilities, supports the business in meeting its strategic goals. Joel is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ experience in the accounting industry working at one of Australia’s top accounting firms and for one of Australia’s largest private companies.

Our Executive General Manager, David Carroll, is passionate about keeping workers healthy, safe and injury free. David’s occupational health journey started as an onsite physiotherapist in the coal mines of central Queensland, where he experienced the positive impact of proactive injury prevention and health and wellbeing programs for workers and employers. David believes that great people make great businesses and empowers team members to build meaningful relationships with workers and clients while embodying our core company values.

Our Head of Commercial Partnerships, Matt Fishman, oversees the growth and management of Bodycare’s national footprint in the occupational health field. Matt plays a pivotal role in working with our key partner’s for the delivery of Bodycare’s services. Matt has a focus on developing, training and managing our team of highly skill onsite physiotherapists and other allied health professionals.

Claire Ebstein, our Chief Growth Officer, has over 20 years’ experience working in the Occupational Health sector. With formal qualifications in Physiotherapy and a post graduate diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management, Claire has worked in clinical health and OHS and Workers’ Compensation consulting across a variety of industries before joining the Bodycare team.  In her current role, Claire oversees both our sales and marketing functions, combining her industry knowledge, strong leadership, and genuine care for our clients’ workforce health to guide how we grow and serve our clients.

Mikaela, our Head of Health Assessments, has over six years of experience working in the Occupational Health sector. With a background in biomedical science and biomedical engineering, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Mikaela’s dedication and organisational skills have been instrumental in enhancing our Pre Employment and Health Assessment protocols. Her commitment to employee wellbeing makes her a vital leader in our organisation.

Our Head Of Injury Prevention, Bridie Tamayo is an experienced occupational health professional with more than seven year’s experience. Bridie graduated with honours from Monash University and has since completed additional training in Occupational Health. She enjoys working with clients to facilitate a smooth return to work process whilst implementing proactive measures to prevent injuries from occurring.

Christina is our Financial Controller, responsible for overseeing the business’s financial management and reporting. She uncovers valuable financial and operational insights that drive commercial solutions for the business. Known for her ability to build strong relationships, Christina brings a proactive approach, a high level of commitment, and enthusiasm to her role. With over 10 years of experience in finance, Christina has held a variety of roles throughout her career. Before joining Bodycare, she worked at the top accounting firm William Buck in consulting and later held senior commercial management positions at Platinum FM. Christina holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting major) from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
