Aged Care & Community Assessments
Bodycare Aged Care Assessment Services
Bodycare’s Aged Care Assessment Team assists older people and their carers to identify what kind of care will best meet their ongoing needs.
We’re an independent team of assessors under the Single Assessment System, working on behalf of the Australian Department of Health & Aged Care.
Our team contains a mixture of the following assessment staff:
- Multi-disciplinary clinical staff (health professionals such as medical officers, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists)
- Non-clinical assessor staff with expertise in the Aged and community care sector
Our team conductsassessments for aged care services at every level. That includes home support assessments for entry-level community support services, as well as comprehensive tests to determine eligibility for home care packages and residential aged care services (including restorative, respite and transitional care options).
We offer aged care assessment services in Melbourne, operating across the Southern and Eastern Regions of Metropolitan Melbourne.
