- Most workplaces have initiatives but they do not have a structured approach.
Most workplaces have mental health on the agenda but what we find is that they don’t have a framework. As a starting point, think about what you are trying to achieve, look at what you already have and then work to identify what the missing pieces are.
- Legally you must identify and reduce the risks to mental health.
Look at the risks to mental health that your workplace poses and add that into your framework.
- A mentally healthy workplace is only possible with strong leadership support and ongoing commitment
Many businesses lack this, however it is critical at every stage when it comes to maintaining a mentally healthy workplace.
