During this Lunch and Learn session we’ll take a deep dive into a topic that we are asked about frequently – the testing of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) in the workplace. As an employer, you have a legal obligation to respond to AOD issues in the workplace through the duty-of-care provisions in the OHS Act – however, we know it’s not a one size fits all approach and there is a fair bit to get your head around. So, where do you even begin? What tests are available? And what do the results mean for your business and HR decisions?
Join us on Thursday 25th March as Meg Parsons shares her knowledge and case studies into workplace AOD testing.
When: Thursday 25th March: 12.00pm – 12.45pm
