The Approach

Partnering with the occupational health experts at Bodycare Workplace Solutions, they assembled a specialised project team with expertise in key areas. Regular meetings were held with the organisation’s recruitment members and managers to understand requirements. The Bodycare health professionals shadowed key employees and conducted psychosocial interviews to build risk profiles for each role.
